The Learning & Capability function operates at a group-wide level, consisting of driven learning and capability professionals who work collaboratively with People Partners and divisional key stakeholders to execute people experience, culture, and learning solutions.
You’ll be joining us in a very exciting phase of our growth as we take our Lendi Group Team on a journey of change with new processes and systems and a focus on building leadership capability and embedding our Lendi Group Principles.
The Senior Learning & Capability Manager role is a 9-month maternity leave cover, supporting the delivery of the learning strategy, initiatives, and programs in alignment with success measures, divisional strategic objectives, and organisational leadership capabilities.
Take part in the strategic planning, prioritisation, and successful implementation of comprehensive learning and capability initiatives across the organisation
Oversee the Business as Usual (BAU) training, including Group Induction and Essential Training, while managing key administrative tasks such as the Learning Management System, Diploma processes, training bookings, and reporting
Lead and drive the Learning & Capability Partners and Coordinators to effectively execute their core responsibilities, elevating revenue, performance, growth, and customer satisfaction
Create a strategic outcome-based learning culture using data to continuously optimise, measure impact, and drive return on investment.
Continuously improve the design and delivery of the Lendi Group Learning & Capability Programs
Establish and maintain effective feedback mechanisms with business stakeholders and brokers, to identify issues, improvement opportunities and system development priorities
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure learning and development initiatives, programs, and analytics are aligned with best practice
Experience in a corporate Learning, Development & Capability management role within a sales organisation; and/or extensive experience leading a high-performing broker sales team is essential
Capability in driving change within a business and/or developing and operationalising learning and capability programs
Proven experience delivering multi-medium training sessions in a virtual setting, Learning Management Systems, and being tech-savvy is highly favourable
Demonstrated background working successfully in an agile environment
Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership with a strong ability to integrate external best practices with the internal needs of stakeholders and the organisation
Proven ability to improve the technical and leadership bench strength of your team members
Desired previous experience within an organisation performing high levels of growth and scaling and, implementation of people and culture processes, tools, and systems
