What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years work experience in end to end processing and administration of loan with Australian Mortgage Broking.
Experience in the Australian lending market is required.
Experience in broker systems is required, with experience in AFG Flex preferred.
Understanding of current Australian lender policies and capacity to stay on top of lender and market policy movements.
Strong problem solving, and mathematical skills are required.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) is required.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of Broker Engine and Sherlok is advantageous.

What will you do?

Daily, your responsibilities will include overseeing the loan process, including following up on outstanding documentation, organizing loan packages, and effectively communicating with lenders to assist your clients throughout their loan processes.
In addition to handling the daily loan process, you’ll also be responsible for inputting and managing data in the CRM.
Downloading and saving clients’ support documents, as well as updating the CRM files and organizing all data in accordance with the prescribed process.
You will be responsible for placing orders for appraisals, credit reports, and handling any requests for additional information from the lender. Throughout the process, you will ensure that your client is regularly updated through our online platform.
Follow up with clients via email to request any outstanding information and provide regular updates on the progress of their loan submission journey.
